Hello,

I am currently trying to extract signal change
information for a blocked design fMRI study using the
ROI Tools. I am able to generate ROIs from a group
average, but I run into difficulty when I try to apply
the ROIs to single subject data with the goal of
extracting signal change data.

The process seems to go along smoothly (min and max
data are computed for the correct voxels, a graph of
average signal change appears on in the spm graph
window) until I receive the following error message:

Sess Cond Start - End
??? Error while evaluating uicontrol Callback.

>> ??? Index exceeds matrix dimensions.

Error in
==> /r1/users/meghan/matlab/spm_roi_calc_block.m
On line 480 ==> signal_change(s,t)=mean(data
(pos_timepoints));

Error in ==> /r1/users/meghan/matlab/spm_tbx_roi.m
On line 261 ==> roigraph =
spm_roi_calc_block(roifiles,spmfile);

Error in ==> /usr/local/spm99/spm.m
On line 1094 ==> evalin('base',varargin{2}(i).prog)

Has anyone ever run into this problem? I am currently
trying to figure out a solution by going through
the .m files, but it is slow-going.

Thanks you in advance for any assistance.
