Update on SPM Toolbox status

Development on the original SPM Toolbox code (including ROI, diffusion, and batch code) has ceased. This code was tied to SPM99, which has long been deprecated. The code remains available here, but its use is no longer supported.

Current projects under development include a toolbox for optimization of event-related fMRI designs, and tools for creating synthetic fMRI data.
