FMRI Toolbox / News: Recent posts

In recognition of the new scope and goals of this software project, the name has been changed from "SPM Toolbox" to "FMRI Toolbox".

Development on the original SPM Toolbox code (including ROI, diffusion, and batch code) has ceased. This code was tied to SPM99, which has long been deprecated. The code remains available here, but its use is no longer supported.

Current projects under development include a toolbox for optimization of event-related fMRI designs, and tools for creating synthetic fMRI data.

Due to some bugs in the blocked design estimation code, I have retracted version 2.0 of the ROI toolbox. Please use version 1.7.
