Briefly after initial execution the FMenu Quicklaunch window is displayed (<1 sec) but then FMenu crashes. Running "/Applications/FMenu.app/Contents/MacOS/FMenu" from the console results in a bus error message.

This will be addressed by the end of the year. For the time being, you can work around it by setting Fmenu to open using Rosetta via the app's Get Info dialog in the Finder.

code fix is ready. would like to release this together with 64-bit support, but that is dependent on what I want to do about 10.4 support.
