#1191 Battery Status Monitor & Channel Signal Monitor reset to on

Whenever I connect to my phone, Battery Status Monitor and Channel Signal monitor reset to active.. this is really annoying, because I have to manually disable them every time..

I find that with this two options disabled I can have my BlueTooth turned on without almost any battery consumption (at least there is no BT traffic).

I hope this is not this was by default.. I consider it a bug.
