#2 Maximize button

I would like to have a button that would take care of
both the horizontal and vertical maximation at one
time. That would save some clicks when handeling apps
that are commonly maximized to the whole workspace.

I added this feature in my patched version 1.022. See the patches section. (Of course, I realize you asked for this six years ago. Better late than never, I guess. :-) I imagine somebody may find it useful if not the original requester.
