#14 error window not displayed

using flwm on Red Hat 7.2
date on flwm is June 5 2002 (489188 bytes) (1.0.0)

I'm using TOra on flwm, viewing via VNC.
If TOra tries to put an errmsg on the screen, flwm never
displays it, and the TOra session no longer responds (as
it is waiting for a click on the err msg).

I realize that this is a stupid question, but does it work
when you're not using flwm? If so, does it work when you're
not using VNC?
