#13 flwm ignores iconized windows on startup

If you start flwm with some iconized windows already
present, they are inaccessible. For example, you can
start an X session with an xterm and no window manager,
run emacs, hit C-z to iconize it and then run flwm.
Emacs won't appear in the flwm root menu.

The reason this is a slight problem for me is that I'd
like to run flwm as an alternate wm within ratpoison,
and at the moment flwm ignores any iconized windows
when it is run.
