#1 Flv_Table class scrollbar button problem

As shown in the exercise, testtable, and testtable2 examples, for some reason when an Flv_Table
class derived subclass has column headers displayed, the left scroll button for horizontal scroller
and the upward scroll button for vertical scroller does not work. The thumb slider works ok.
