This simple patch allows window resizing when border is dragged. It supports edge / corner reisizing. Best usable when user disables handle (grip not visible) and sets border to few pixels.
What I am missing is a way how to display proper mouse cursor when user hovers the window borders. If I find a way, I'll post it here.
