After upgrading from 1.0rc to 1.0rc2 on FreeBSD-
CURRENT, trying to start fluxbox results in a
coredump.

The backtrace is attached and also viewable at

http://www.scottro.net/fluxrc2bt.txt

This problem does not occur on FreeBSD-STABLE.

At least one other person had the problem, mentioned
on FreeBSD forums, however at time of writing,
bsdforums is temporarily down.

Thank you for any assistance with this.

I see "fluxbox in free(): error: junk pointer, too high to
    make sense
    Abort trap" <X quickly dies> on FreeBSD 6.1-RELEASE #0
    After an upgrade today

My gosh, that was quick. Yes, the patch fixed the problem
and the FreeBSD fluxbox port maintainer has been notified.

    Thank you very much.
