Open the new windows in fixed left/upper position (need fluxbox restart for fix)
There is strange bug after I'm using fluxbox from many years.
I found that when I run :
xset -display ":0" dpms force standby or xset -display ":0" dpms force off
to stanby/off the monitor and after I return back to the screen
the bug is ready to appear for 2 applications in strange behavior if their new windows open
telegram-desktop 4.8.1+ds-2~bpo12+1 amd64 - for video playing
and
thunderbird 1:115.8.0-1~deb12u1 amd64 - compose a new message.
For the both applications the new windows appear in fixed left/upper position. I can't move or resize them.
I found that I can fix these 'locked' windows after execute restart fluxbox via fluxbox menu and the new already opened windows was returned back automatically to normal positions on the screen with resize and move options. After the fluxbox restart all working as usual until the next standby/off the monitor with above commands.
