#1169 Remember dimensions failing when decor is off

If one has decor turned off and enters a resize KeyMode and resize a window purely via keyboard, pop up the window menu (also with keyboard) and 'remember dimensions', it doesn't save.

One has to turn on decor, then use remember dimensions for it to save, then turn off decor afterwards.

This may also affect position and possibly other settings. I haven't checked.
