No

Applications with Client Side Decorations (CSD) using GTK+ 3.10, such as nautilus, gnome-system-monitor, and others (all in their 3.10 version) are not managed properly by Fluxbox. The windows do not have decorations because they are supposed to be interacted directly with the "content". However, you can not move or lower the windows. I have tried wmctrl to change them and it does not work. I have also tried to find something strange in their xprop but I could not find anything suspicious.

I have seen that, for example, they are managed properly by XFCE, although it adds its own window decorations. Anyway, I do not know if XFCE is not respecting the "no decoration" request that windows with CSD should emit or it is handling them well.

Finally, I have to say that I do not know if it is a "real" Fluxbox bug because I did not find this problem with any other application but it is very annoying. It could be great to have some workaround. If you know any, please let me know. Thank you.
