#54 Component Builder examples requested

I am trying to master Component Builder by using it to generate .omi files for the tutorial pond example (first with the C# pond engine, then with the FORTRAN pond engine).

It would help greatly if there were simple worked examples for the use of Component Builder for these cases - could the Component Builder developer(s) supply examples please?
