As for dockable windows, it would be nice that toolbars
also have a caption so that one could give a name to
the toolbox + also (may be optional) a close button
that would show()/hide() the toolbar.

For toolbars it would only have a caption be when undocked.

Both toolbars and dockable windows have right click popup
menu and this menu contain several required options
including hide.
