[Looks like your post wound up in Moderator. You wanted to see all flow-tools routers while their data is collected into 8 different directories.]
With flow-tools you would have to place all of the data under a single directory. See User's Guide for example using "All Routers".
SiLK is actually a little more flexible with this requirement.

As my flows all land under /var/flow/routerName1/../.../etc
Would the following work $exporter_directory = "/var/flow"; $no_devices_or_exporters = "Y";
