"ERROR: opening '/usr/local/www/apache24/cgi-bin/FlowViewer4.6/FlowMonitorFiles/FlowMonitorRRDtool/I.rrd': No such file or directory"
Periodic error messages and no monitors with those names...can't seem to find a reference...are those files attempting to be created or should they already be there?

Possibly you may have started to create some Monitors and didn't complete them?
Look in the Filters directory (e.g., /var/www/cgi-bin/FlowMonitor_Files/FlowMonitor_Filters) and look to see if there are some files hanging around like I.fil or INS.fil. If so, just delete them.
