I am trying to get graphs for different country using (for example china --scc=cn) but Im seeing exactly same graph for different countries

When i use Flowgrapher with exactly same filters i have no problem but when i do flowmonitor all graphs are same even for different county filter.

Any Idea why this is happening.
For further detail what files i need check. DEBUG??
