#118 SPACEBAR conflict in 'send to friend' if linkUrl is defined

if linkUrl is defined and you go to the 'send to a friend' form, pressing the SPACEBAR will NOT allow you to complete the form because every SPACE BAR key press will try to open linkUrl making it imposible to complete the form thus the viral distribution of your video.

Proposed fix:

Disable SPACE BAR pause/play/open linkUrl when in the send to a friend form
