#2 Add the ability to mute alerts for certain hosts

We are finding that certain hosts are generating all the alerts from Flowdoh.
This includes our DNS servers, our backup servers, our mail servers, and our security scanning servers. Please add a way to mute these hosts. I think a logical place would be under the alerts tab, but it is up to you.
