No

<rogue> XBot: x is y
<XBot> OK, rogue.
<rogue> XBot: x
<XBot> x is, like, y
<rogue> XBot: no x is a|b|c
<XBot> OK, rogue.
<rogue> XBot: x
<XBot> x is y

<rogue> XBot: no x
<XBot> no x is a

AS you can see it does not process the no to modify
the factoids when no contains a random string

It's weirder than that. The bug only manifests itself in "require" mode:

17:27 <dagbrown> sigsegv, foo is bar
17:27 <sigsegv> ...but foo is baz...
    17:27 <dagbrown> no, sigsegv, foo is blort|quux|ookblat
    17:28 <dagbrown> sigsegv, no, foo is blort|quux|ookblat
17:28 <sigsegv> ...but foo is baz...
    17:28 <dagbrown> sigsegv: no, foo is blort|quux|ookblat
17:28 <sigsegv> ...but foo is baz...
    17:28 <dagbrown> sigsegv: no foo is blort|quux|ookblat
    17:28 <sigsegv> OK, dagbrown.
    17:28 <dagbrown> picky picky
    17:28 <dagbrown> sigsegv, foo?
17:28 <sigsegv> it has been said that foo is baz

    When it's in "optional" mode...

    17:27 <dagbrown> jpopinfo, x is y
    17:27 <jpopinfo> OK, dagbrown.
    17:27 <dagbrown> jpopinfo, x?
    17:27 <jpopinfo> x is y
    17:27 <dagbrown> no, jpopinfo, x is a|b|c
    17:27 <jpopinfo> okay, dagbrown.
    17:27 <dagbrown> jpopinfo, literal x?
    17:27 <jpopinfo> dagbrown: x =is= a|b|c

Project is in bad need of documentation. How about System
Requirements and the language it's coded in added to the
    splash page?
