OK, I've issued 1.0.21 which fixes these issues. It isn't immediately clear to me whether this bug was in previous versions or not. It wasn't an introduced bug as such, but it may have been created when another bug was fixed. Either way, things are done differently in later versions of FLINT and so they won't be an issue.
