The file that came in FlightGear-1.0.0.tar.gz is: // $Id: fgmetar.cxx,v 1.3 2006-02-21 01:16:10 mfranz Exp $ The CVS shows fgmetar.cxx Revision 1.4 with (surprise, surprise) "cygwin-related fixes". This explains the errors I'm getting, but I'm surprised that the "stable" 1.0.0 source code release won't build under Cygwin, especially since docs-mini/README.Cygwin promises "a very good chance of success"! :) Perhaps this fact was in the FlightGear-devel archives, but they have been down since I started this effort. My intention was to use a stable source code release for some HUD code experiments. I guess I'll try it with the latest CVS. Thanks Norman and Csaba for the replies. Paul R. Deppe pau...@ca... |
