Thanks for the reply. I did rebuild FlightGear. When it got the error next I clicked
on the Debugger and it brought up the latest string_utilities.h, so it was using it.
Someone said that the JSBSim was ahead in development of FlightGear. Is it
possible to do a CVS download of just that?
Also, the only aircraft I  was able to operate so far using Yasim is the C130.
I tried the Cessna 310 , the pa24-250, the SenecaII, and the beech1900d but
all failed. Some had these QNaN matrixes flying by in the cmd window, others
say "unexpected tag 'fdm_config' found in yasim aircraft description. Does anybody
know how to fix this? I really need a small prop plane for my experiment.
