FGMeta Merge Request #11: PATCH: Icon/Shortcut fix for windows (merged)

Should solve the issue Windows users where experiencing on initial install and launching of FlightGear where the error dialog would pop-up telling the user it was unable to find the 'data' files that where installed.

I have compiled and tested that this does indeed fix the issue in the Inno installer script
