- The needle of the radio altimeter, previously almost invisible, now
uses the same lighting as the needles in the other instruments.
- /sim/current-view/* always belong to the viewing aircraft so must
be absolute.

dhc6: do not pollute the property trees of remote aircraft over multiplayer.
