SenecaII 1.7.4: minor bug fixes.

- The needle of the radio altimeter, previously almost invisible, now
uses the same lighting as the needles in the other instruments.
- /sim/current-view/* always belong to the viewing aircraft so must
be absolute.

dhc6: do not pollute the property trees of remote aircraft over multiplayer.

find Models -type f -name '*.xml' -exec sed -r -i '/\/sim\/rendering/b;s,property>/,property>,g' {} \;

but the property /sim/current-view/internal does belong to viewing
aircraft, so use that. Also, do not touch the autopilot and property
rules XML files which are under Models/Instruments/Avionics/kap140.
