* dhc2-base.xml (views): symmetrical limits on the cockpit view
instead of 90 degrees to the left and 180 degrees to the right.
(keyboard): delete redundant key bindings.
* dhc2F-set.xml (keyboard): change Ctrl+W to w to tie up; this frees
up the default key binding for the wing leveler.
