MD-11: Quick fix to PFD

2020.3: MD-11: Update to version 1539

- 3D: Fix holes in the doors
- 3D: Fix a black exterior artifact above the first officers forward window
- AFS: Tie autoflight system into new FMS logic and phases
- AFS: Takeoff pitch modes now require V2 speed entry
- AFS: Climb thrust and acceleration altitudes now pulled from FMS
- AFS: Takeoff roll mode now reverts to HEADING if takeoff pitch mode is exited
- DU: Display all PFD/EAD/SD tests during ANNUN LTS TEST if on the ground
- DU: Add the missing lazy 'E' for the T-bar rising runway
- DU: Fix the box rising runway start moving at 430ft not 200.
- DU: Add flashing minimums altitude
- DU: Fix altitude tape display text for 0ft to "00"
- DU: Add the PFD V speed bugs and boxes
- DU: Add green band and amber box to SD stab position
- DU: Fix the color of the sky and ground on the PFD AI
- DU: Add the magenta circle for FMS controlled speed targets
- DU: Add tape style engine gauges on EAD
- DU: Several improvements to drawing of PFD, EAD, and various SD pages
- Engine: Fix fuel flow of PW engines
- FMS: Significant update, including phase logic
- FMS: Calculation of stab position, takeoff/landing speeds, climb/accel alts, and CGs
- FMS: New/improved calculation of takeoff speed guidance
- FMS: Tie the Vmin calculation multiplier into phases
- MCDU: Add TO/APPR pages controlled by flight phases
- MCDU: Significant logic improvements
- MCDU: Disallow ILS radio tuning while LOC or G/S active
- Sim: Panel states now enter some MCDU info and dynamically set stabilizer trim
- Sim: Make PW engines PW4462s as they should have been
- Sound: Improve the sound logic for the wing views
