B-1B: replace the unrealistic nav display with a more realistic HSI

The nav display is cool but unrealistic. The cockpit of the B-1B,
before the 2001 glass cockpit upgrade, looked like this:
https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/5/55/B1_Cockpit.JPG

After the 2001 upgrade it looked like this:
http://files.air-attack.com/MIL/b1/b1b_block16_cockpit.jpg

There may be a future effort to model the glass cockpit but this
change does the opposite and makes the cockpit more like the real
non-glass cockpit.

* Remove the nav display from the pilot's flightdeck; the defensive
systems officer sitting behind the pilot still has a nav display,
since he operates the radar.

* Copy and modify heavily the electromechanical HSI from the A-10.
Install one for the pilot and another for the copilot.

* Make the HSIs obey the Flight Director switch:
- ILS & ADF mode:
. the thin RMI needle in the background points to the ADF
. the thick needle moves with the selected course and provides a
course deviation indicator if the VOR beacon is in range;
if out of range, an orange rectangle on the needle indicates that.
. the upper-left number drums indicate the DME, if the DME is in
range
- ADF mode:
. the thin RMI needle in the background points to the ADF
. No DME or course indication
- TACAN mode:
. the thin RMI needle in the background points to the TACAN beacon
. the upper-left number drums indicate the distance to the TACAN if
in range; if out of range, the orange rectangle indicates that.

* Make the Course Set and Heading Set knobs work to select VOR radial
and autopilot heading, respectively. Unfortunately the HSI lacks a
heading bug; you'll have to make do with only the numerical
indication on top of the vertical situation indicator (green CRT) on
top.

* Move the Flight Director and engine/landing gear annunciator lights
panels to their real-life location below and to the right of the
HSI, respectively.
