Compatibility Rembrandt increased. Updates for FG 3.x. New dashboard designed by Karl Reisman for Second Life.

Fix the unintended colon in the ASK13 YASim file ask13.xml.

This matches Heiko's fix of r885 for the ASK 21 glider, as the ask13.xml file is
derived from that glider.

A380 minor bug fixes

Autopilot: hold indicated altitude instead of absolute altitude.
FDM: the y coordinates were inverted so that "," would incorrectly brake
on the right and "." would brake on the left.

- modified the interrupted sound samples to fade in and out each section as it sounds better and less clicky.

F-15: Handling improvements.

Added a more correct Aileron Rudder Interconnect.
Optimised the aero tables to have values for 5 degree increments of elevator.
Fixed Z ordering problems with the wing root anti collision lights by modelling the hole in the wing where these are situated.

The ARI can be disabled by setting fdm/jsbsim/fcs/ari-lateral-enabled to 0

B-1B: make indicated altitude adjustable with the altitude knob

The knob on the analog altimeter is shared with other aircraft and not
modified here. The knob left of the altitude selector, under the
altimeter tape indicator, now serves to adjust QNH and indicated
altitude on both instruments.
