B-1B: make indicated altitude adjustable with the altitude knob

The knob on the analog altimeter is shared with other aircraft and not
modified here. The knob left of the altitude selector, under the
altimeter tape indicator, now serves to adjust QNH and indicated
altitude on both instruments.

B737-300: restored custom turn anticipation in LNAV mode.

B-1B bug fix: assorted bug fixes and improvements

Merge from trunk:

B-1B bug fix: remove spurious views

After pressing Ctrl+V, the B-1B would spawn new, uninitialized views
that would become selected after pressing 'v' enough times. Ctrl+V
would switch between the cockpit and Offensive Systems Officer views.
This patch removes the overriding and the spurious views, so that
Ctrl+V always selects Cockpit view as in all other aircraft, and
introduces two new key bindings instead:

o - Offensive Systems Officer view
s - Sniper Pod view

B-1B: make the navigation display obey the battery switch.

When the battery switch is off, turn the navigation display off.

Note that the real B-1B does not have such a navigation display; it
has (rather: had) an electromechanical horizontal situation indicator
similar to that of the A-10. After 2001, B-1Bs were upgraded with
partial glass cockpits replacing the monochrome CRT on top, the HSI at
the bottom, and the tape gauges on both sides with two vertical color
LCDs side by side.

B-1B: assorted bug fixes

* B-1B-set.xml: add positioning and fuel transfer rate for the
refueling receptacle.
* Models/B-1B.xml (pushback): change backslashes to forward slashes.
* Models/Instruments-3d/display_big.ac: make the annunciator lights
dimmer (they should be completely off and illuminate only when
required; a full fix for this is forthcoming).

* Models/Instruments-3d/overhead_panel.xml (knob_oh.005): change the
pick animation to a knob animation.
* Models/Instruments-3d/light_switches.{ac,xml}: remove, not used.
