B-1B: make the instrument lighting adjustable as a knob instead of just on/off.

* Models/Instruments-3d/overhead_panel.xml (knob_oh.005): change the
pick animation to a knob animation.
* Models/Instruments-3d/light_switches.{ac,xml}: remove, not used.

B-1B: the model view would rotate around the nose, correct that.

F-15: Correct stall warning audio tones.

* Renamed the incorrectly prefixed overload tones.
* There are two high AOA tones
1. 900hz intermittent, at greater than the limit set via the NCI. As the NCF isn't simulated this is a reasonable default of 25 degress (display units)
2. when gear is down and AoA there is always a 1600hz interrupted.

* Remove an extraneous starboard wing that had snuck into the external lighting model.
