F-14: Fix redout alpha initialization;

This causes Nasal nil pointer if blackout/redout not enabled in cockpit view and stops the instrumentation, radar, etc. from updating..

F-15: Correct stall warning audio tones.

* Renamed the incorrectly prefixed overload tones.
* There are two high AOA tones
1. 900hz intermittent, at greater than the limit set via the NCI. As the NCF isn't simulated this is a reasonable default of 25 degress (display units)
2. when gear is down and AoA there is always a 1600hz interrupted.

* Remove an extraneous starboard wing that had snuck into the external lighting model.

* Added lighting dialog.
