F-15: Minor fixes to lighting and views.

* Improved view positioning for front & backseat.
* Changed the pilot hiding to be controlled by /sim/model/hide-pilot, /sim/model/hide-backseater,/sim/model/hide-pilots-auto. If the auto is set (default) then the pilot isn't shown when in that pilot's view. The hide-pilot will override this, and will be useful with fgcamera based views.
* Added lighting dialog.
