ASW20: Some improvements:

* Water ballast can be controlled via keyboard, small fixes
* Generic Engine available again
* Tail Dolly has weight and isnt removed automatically on takeoff
* Brake can be actuated independently or via airbrake
* Fix Landing Gear Handle Animation
