MD-11: Update to version 1402

- DU: Significantly improve PFD element size/shape/positions
- DU: Altitude tens tape now dashes when vertical speed exceeds 3000
- DU: Vertical speed tape mow shows diamond when level
- DU: Add minimums pointer to altitude scale
- AFS: Fix RCWS being active even if the respective AP is not available
- VC: Fix cutoff "RIGHT" green landing gear indication
- VC: Fix a symmetry issue on the yokes
- VC: Implement thunderstorm light switch
- GUI: Address various bugs with the canvas 2D panels
- GUI: Minor bugs in certain dialogs
