- Add missing prev-target select (shift-y)
- Revise add/remove fuel algorithm to maintain better tank balancing.
- CADC: added pitch trim compensator
- CADC: tuned pitch ratio to achieve more consistent g->stick position across flight envelope
- Remove setting of default-model property (as it doesn't work properly so keep the core default (glider))
- Remove unused files.

F-14: no vapour trail if wing torn off.

Revision of FDM. Compatibility Rembrandt increased. Update for FG 3.x

Fix F22 Cockpit view too low

I was struggling with the cockpit view and figure out how to fix it.
Just so you know the “Adjust View Position” controlls are way too
sensitive in version 3.7 (and previous versions).

here is the diff from tortoise SVN for the F-22 from
