Fix F22 Cockpit view too low

I was struggling with the cockpit view and figure out how to fix it.
Just so you know the “Adjust View Position” controlls are way too
sensitive in version 3.7 (and previous versions).

Add exclude file for the P51D, avoid the massive resources directory.

One more case-sensitivty fix

Fix case-sensitivity of include.

Fix parse problems in -set.xml files.

Needed because the python SGProps parser is stricter
than the C++ parser, especially about parsing int/float
types.

JA37: Hotfix for parser error.

JA37: Version 3.101
Aero: The flaps will now deflect about 3 times slower, as per videos of Viggen demonstrations.
Engine: Fixed a comment that the parse did not like.
