One more case-sensitivty fix

Fix case-sensitivity of include.

Fix parse problems in -set.xml files.

Needed because the python SGProps parser is stricter
than the C++ parser, especially about parsing int/float
types.

JA37: Hotfix for parser error.

JA37: Version 3.101
Aero: The flaps will now deflect about 3 times slower, as per videos of Viggen demonstrations.
Engine: Fixed a comment that the parse did not like.

Created branch for 3.6.0

737-300: Restore overhead switches.

Tu-154B-2: bugfix from author.

Compatibility Rembrandt increased. Update for FG3.x.

Updated Submarine Scout: Added a com radio.
