FlightGear - Flight Simulator FGAddon

- Models/Interior/Panel/Instruments/cyl/cyl.xml: use the correct properties for the
cylinder head temperature.
- Models/Interior/Panel/Instruments/flapsgear/flapgear.xml: fix the direction in
which the flaps needle rotates.

Reinstate fixes from revision 3325 of 2018-07-08, mistakenly undone since.
- Systems/FDM/b25j-yasim.xml: delete again, was identical to b25-yasim.xml.
- Systems/FDM/b25-yasim.xml: castering nose wheel and engine fixes.
- Systems/controls.xml: reinstate the properties /control/engines/engine[*]/boost.
