757-200: bug fix: make the engines visible over multiplayer

The engines were not visible over multiplayer because the 757-200.xml
model file selected on of two possible types of engines depending on
the value of the property /sim/engines, which is not visible over
multiplayer. Consequently, the file would not select any engine model
when running in a remote instance of FlightGear. The fix consists in
replacing /sim/engines with /sim/model/variant, an integer property
that is transmitted over the multiplayer protocol (see
http://wiki.flightgear.org/Multiplayer_protocol).

707: make it load in fgrun

707-common.xml: while <model><path> elements need the Aircraft/707/
prefix for multiplayer, include="" attributes do not need it and the
prefix actually prevents the 707, 707-TT, EC137-D from loading in
fgrun; only the 707-PAX would load because this is the only -set file
that does not include 707-common.xml.

Lockheed1049h version 2.10: Introduce refuelling errors

On the real aircraft, tanks were refuelled individually and measured using a
combination of internal and external dipsticks, so loading exact quantities and
having an exact balance between tanks is not realistic.

This commit introduces a configurable error percentage when refuelling, which
provides more realistic refuelling tolerances. It also leads to more realistic
fuel management during a flight because opposite tanks need to be managed into a
state of balance.
