Updated ZF balloon: Fixed the forgotten default renderer balloon envelope shader too.

Lockheed1049h version 2.9.2: repair copilot
Bug similar to the one fixed in 2.9.1; the Nasal file for the copilot must not be
loaded in an XML node named Lockheed1049h.

Updated ZF balloon: Fixed a problem with the envelope wrinkles in the balloon envelope shader.

Updated ZLT-NT: Improved the shadow object and fixed the shadow altitude offset problem.

Fix for dead links in the marchetti aircraft.dat file.

The link to Assoc. Prof. Michael Selig's website for the UIUC aircraft has shifted to
http://m-selig.ae.illinois.edu/apasim/Aircraft-uiuc.html . Therefore the old dead link has been
replaced with this correct link.
