Lockheed1049h version 2.9: Add starter switch to engineer's panel

* Cockpit, keyboard and manual checklists start using the switch
* Change engine starter if engine select changes while holding start
* Expedited checklists start engines directly for fast in-air starts
* Added and animated primer switch but priming is not simulated
