Citation II version 3.0.1: migrate to the new <instrumentation><transponder>

This removes the following error message from fgfs.log:

Lockheed1049h version 2.8.2: various bug fixes

* Make all parts of the 3D model appear over multiplayer by prepending
"Aircraft/Lockheed1049h" to the path of their XML files. This includes
exterior lights, too.
* Make liveries work again over multiplayer. This also requires the
"Aircraft/Lockheed1049h" prefix, this time in a Nasal snippet
executed on the remote (!) instances of flightgear.
* Models/mesh_lights.ac: Relocate the landing lights to where the landing
lights of Models/mesh_airframe.ac are.
* Pushback: move the truck a little bit more forward so it rotates on
the same axis as the nose gear steering.
* Lockheed1049h.xml (jsbsim aero), Models/Lockheed1049h.xml: make the
nose gear rotate 70 degrees left and right, replicating the pushback
truck, possibly at the expense of realism. The jsbsim value in
particular (20 degrees) was suspicisously low.

DC-10-30: make the model visible again over multiplayer

This requires restoring the "Aircraft/DC-10-30/" prefix on all <model><path>
elements (but not the <system><*><path>, <instrumentation><path> or other
elements) as discussed in the thread starting here:
http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.games.flightgear.devel/77863/focus=77866

Sounds might require the same treatment later.

Patch by Denk Padje; thanks. But I'd like to understand why this patch was
needed in the first place; I thought absolute paths like these were evil.

* In-air starts use no wait mode for faster startup
* Ground starts distinguish between terminal and runway start
* Add brake check to checklists from operating manual

Lockheed1049h version 2.7: Shortcut keys and dialog set autopilot modes independently

The Lockheed1049h autopilot, as controlled by the cockpit model, does not
have independently selected lateral and vertical modes. When the autopilot
is on, both the vertical and horizontal axes are controlled by the autopilot.

When using shortcut keys and the generic autopilot dialog, Flightgear pilots
are used to being able to set modes independently, e.g. Ctrl-H to switch on
heading hold only. This change allows that to happen at the expense of a
consistent and realistic state in the cockpit autopilot.

Citation II version 3.0: add a keyboard shortcut to toggle auto-coordination
for cross-wind landings.

The new major version number is justified by the following features that have
been added since 2.0.1:
* ALS cockpit shadows (break compatibility with FlightGear <= 3.4)
* Front and aft baggage compartments with animated doors
* Many new working circuit breakers
* Electrical switches, working voltmeter, amp-meter
* Starter disengage
* ZVK500 GPS unit removed, would cause precipitation inside the cockpit
* Assorted minor bug fixes and improvements

JA37: Version 3.023
HUD: Possible fix for track type not matching.
Sim: Fixed roll and heading A/P.
Aero: Added recoil from cannon to the plane.
HUD: Fixed that selection distance and callsign would blink if it was not target or diamond.
Engine: Full thrust will now kick in at 90.0% throttle.
Engine: Afterburner will now kick in at 94.0% throttle.
Sim: Doubled max climb rate for A/P around Mach 1.
Engine: Set the thrust levels in newton as per JA-37Di manual as that is primary source.
GUI: Fixed a calc error regression in turn radius calculation for monitor.
Sim: Made a n2 below 15 give less pressure per rpm as opposed to 18. Will help to give control of plane if engine cuts out.
Sim: Set normal hydraulic pressure to 2987.7775 PSI, and minimum to 1131.2944 PSI as per manual.
Sim: The fuel gauge will now go over 100% if droptank is full in addition to internal tanks.
Sound: Made low speed warning.
GUI: Added option for cannon spread or not.
GUI: Added option for annunciation.
Sound: Added master warning.
Sim: Made master warning work properly with button that silence.
Aero: Lowered static friction on all gears to help with crosswind landings.
Aero: Lowered maximum nosewheel steering at 20 fps to help with turning stability.
Engine: The afterburner now has 3 zones as per manual. Throttle position 94% = stage 1, 96% = stage 2, 98% = stage 3
Model: The nozzle indicator now switch to show zone of afterburner when that is enabled.
Model: Added augmentation zone indicator.
Effect: Made afterburner flame size reflect afterburner zone.
Engine: Changed idle rpm to 57% as per manual.
Engine: Changed idle thrust to 3kN as per manual.
GUI: Made a systems monitor.
GUI: Added density, wind, alt, temp, pressure to performance monitor.
Sim: Fixed the shaking when using heading or wing leveler A/P.
Sim: A/P speed now use indicated airspeed instead of real airspeed. And minor chnages to how it works.
Sim: Allowed A/P to climb faster at 0.30 mach.
Sound: Made sound reflect the new afterburner zones.
