Lockheed1049h version 2.8: Improvements to autostart and automated checklists

* Use Aircraft/Generic/autochecklist.nas for autostart
* In-air starts use no wait mode for faster startup
* Ground starts distinguish between terminal and runway start
* Add brake check to checklists from operating manual
* New shortcut Ctrl-L to run after landing checklist
