HUD: Possible fix for track type not matching.
Sim: Fixed roll and heading A/P.
Aero: Added recoil from cannon to the plane.
HUD: Fixed that selection distance and callsign would blink if it was not target or diamond.
Engine: Full thrust will now kick in at 90.0% throttle.

Sim: Doubled max climb rate for A/P around Mach 1.
