Path fixes for the AC3D files of the de Havilland Canada Dash 8 DHC8-Q300.

Basic maintenance to allow the Dash 8 DHC8-Q300 to fly again.

reported at http://forum.flightgear.org/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=24305#p222293.

The fix is to delete one line of broken and non-functional Nasal code.

Reasonable ET separation dynamics, limits on orbiter rotation are checked before ET separation and spacewalk are possible.
