North American T6 Texan: Fixed an error on the wheels. Thanks to Bitw for seeing it.

Fix crashes on AWOS 3 and parentheses in station names

- Fix truncation if decimal part in messages.

- Fix fgfs crash if station with parentheses is defined for the current
airport.

- Fix fgfs crash if AWOS 3 (any station with digit at very end of name)
chosen as comm0.

- Threat station with "Tower" in it's name as TWR one.

- Threat station with name ended as APP/DEP or DEP/APP similar to
APP-DEP and DEP-APP (there are lot of such in apt.dat).

Ignore weather stations

Do not threat ATIS and AWOS stations as ATC ones and report the Check
freq. message instead.
